What began from Hong Kong as a premier English test preparation provider, at the time called Yale English International, has blossomed into a broad educational platform, now offering a dynamic range of STEM courses. New City Education or New City Education Centre is the brand name under which New City Holdings Ltd. operates. Based in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, for a few years now, we are a Canadian company dedicated to providing high-quality STEM and programming education for children and teens.
Our Story
Since our establishment in 2016 in Hong Kong, we have been on a mission to provide top-notch education. We started by specializing in English test preparation courses to help students succeed in international exams. As the education landscape evolved, we expanded our offerings to include STEM subjects that prepare learners for the future.

We've kept up with the times by introducing STEM learning into our curricula. Our courses now include technologies that are the future of the industry, such as Artificial Intelligence, Olympiad and School Mathematics, Python, Minecraft, Roblox Studio, C++, Java, and Scratch, among others. These courses empower students to become creators and problem solvers in a fast-changing world.
