Edwin Sir曾在大中華區、香港及北美（包括美國加州矽谷）多家跨國公司工作，擔任電腦程式設計、系統分析、管理和技術支援等職務。他在教育和培訓方面也擁有豐富的經驗，曾擔任香港城市大學(City University of Hong Kong)計算機科學系和資訊系統系講師，並在中學教授電腦和數學科目。
