Overview
This is an exciting and hands-on course that introduces young learners to the world of electronics and programming through the versatile Arduino platform. In this interactive program, participants will explore the fundamentals of coding by writing programs to control Arduino boards and create a wide range of projects. They will learn key concepts of electronics, develop problem-solving skills, and unleash their creativity by building robots, sensors, interactive gadgets, and much more. Participants will gain a solid foundation in programming languages such as C++ and develop critical thinking skills while engaging in real-world applications.

Learning Goals
Welcome to the world of Arduino! This course is designed to introduce you to the exciting world of electronics and programming through hands-on projects and fun activities. Over three levels, you’ll learn how to build and program amazing creations using the Arduino platform. By the end of Level 3, you’ll have a solid understanding of what Arduino can do and be ready to tackle your own creative projects!
Language of Instruction
We normally teach in English, but we're happy to try and accommodate lessons in Cantonese, Putonghua, Korean, Punjabi, or other languages when possible.

Level Descriptions
Level 1
Level 1: Getting Started with Arduino (5 Lessons x 1.5 hours)
In this introductory level, you’ll learn the basics of Arduino, how to connect it to your computer, and how to write simple code to control lights and sensors. No prior experience is required—just bring your curiosity and imagination!
Level 2
Level 2: Exploring Sensors and Interactivity (5 Lessons x 1.5 hours)
Now that you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to make your Arduino creations interactive! In this level, you’ll work with sensors to measure light, temperature, and more. You’ll also learn how to use a buzzer to make sound.
Level 3
Level 3: Advanced Arduino and Creative Projects (5 Lessons x 1.5 hours)
In this final level, you’ll dive deeper into programming and learn how to combine multiple components to create more complex projects. By the end, you’ll have an overall understanding of what Arduino can do and how to use it creatively.

He also possesses extensive experience in education and training, having served as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Department of Information Systems at City University of Hong Kong, as well as teaching computer and mathematics subjects at secondary schools.
